INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MODERN ELECTRICAL POWER ENGINEERING (ICMEPE-2016)
Registration
You can attend at this conference either physically, in a classic format, or, alternatively, in a virtual sinchronized way. For this latter format, the Open-ULPGC System of University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is used.
The Open-ULPGC is the tool that has the University of Las Palmas de G.C. for all synchronous activities. This will allow to see, in real time, the plenary sessions, the various oral presentations and poster sessions, all without the need to physically move to the place of the Conference.
To be signed up in Open mode you will need:
- PC with Windows, Mac or Linux. Tablets, iPad or smart phones will be able to be used as well.
-The equipment used should have to have webcam and microphone. It is recommended to have also headphones with microphone.
- A good connection to internet. It is advised to check your line and make a speed test to verify.
Once signed up in the Congress, you will receive the documentation needed to connect to every session.
All the papers presented, physically or virtually, at the conference will be included in the open access Electrical Engineering Electronic Journal (JEEE), with ISSN: 2172-1246, and also their authors will be invited for to include their papers in the Open Engineering Journal (De Gruyter Open).
The Conference registration fees for authors and participants that will attend physically to the conference covers full attendance at the Conference, the presentation of one paper, the USB Memory with ISBN including all the papers presented at the Conference, the briefcase, the lunches during the three days, the coffee breaks, the Civic Reception, the Gala Dinner, the last day excursion, the diploma and certificate.
The Conference registration fees for authors and participants that will attend virtually to the conference (using the Open-ULPGC) covers the virtually full attendance at the Conference, the presentation of one paper, the USB Memory with ISBN including all the papers presented at the Conference, the diploma and certificate.
The registration for guests accompanying conference participants includes: the programme of excursions, the lunches during the three days of the conference, the Civic Reception and the Gala Dinner.

Registration fee = (*) Euros. We'll consider to all participants, non members of AEDIE Association, as Temporary Members of the AEDIE thus, in accordance with the Law 37/1992 and the Royal Decree 1624/1992, exp. 360172003005, Ministry of Finance's letter of 7 May 2003 for AEDIE members, the participants are not required to pay taxes (21% VAT).
(**) The AEDIE, APDEE or IEEE members must provide a certificate of the corresponding association justified his member condition and that has been paid the last membership fee.
(***) For students it is necessary provide a Department/Faculty or University Certificate.

Note: We'll not carry out modifications on the invoices after the congress.
Cancellation: Cancellation refunds, minus handling and administration costs of 10%, will be made by bank transfer for written cancellations received by the International Secretariat prior to June 1, 2016. No refunds will be made for cancellations after these date, nevertheless the documentation of the congress will be mailed.
NAME BADGE. An admission badge will be provided to each participant. This badge entitles access to the technical sessions and should be worn through the conference.
